我想這是酒店首次推出的套餐，剛到達餐廳時職員不太熟練，好像不知道有這個推廣，但經一輪了解後他們帶領了我們到座位坐下，然後有另一位英語較好的服務生招待我們，他十分有禮貌，臉上常帶笑容，而且很耐心地解說套餐可自由配搭，因為套餐原本包的是2人份的湯、主食、小菜、及及甜品，但他說我們可因應喜好而在這四項之中任意選擇配搭，總之數量是四款便可，最後我們點了湯、兩個主食及一個小菜，對於能這樣的彈性安排感到十分驚喜，味道也很好，絕對不是馬虎的料理，很推薦來試試這個套餐，性價比高！

The Vietnamese set menu at Veranda, Grand Mercure Da Nang, was delightful. The dishes were beautifully presented, fresh, and full of authentic Vietnamese flavors. Each course was delicious, with a perfect balance of taste and texture. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the dining experience. The ambiance of Veranda was comfortable and elegant, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, it was a memorable and tasty dining experience, and I would highly recommend trying the Vietnamese set menu here.

Food and the place was really good. I can't complain about anything. We were full! I loved the Goi Cuon so much.

This was a great set menu. we enjoyed the egg Vietnamese coffee. It was not included in the set menu, but it's definitely a recommended coffee if you enjoy new types of coffees.

Good set meal for 2. Affordable for a food in a hotel this nice. We loved the green mango salad with anchovies. 😊

This dining experience is truly enjoyable and though the restaurant got our date wrong, it was quickly resolved and once again we enjoyed the delicious food and service!

The 4 course set meal was tasty and value for money. The server Truong was polite and patient in explaining the food variation which makes it an enjoyable meal😄 Good with more people for variety.

We came in the evening for dinner and the restaurant was empty which didn't take from the atmosphere and we actually enjoyed it. We had the Vietnamese platter and all was delicious, even got something to munch on while we were waiting for it.

The hotel is nice, cozy and the food is appetising. Adding to that the service staff is pleasant and friendly which makes the experience wonderful😊
