I highly recommend this car booking. I couldn't find any cheaper offer in the city. The driver was very reliable and kind. Safe driving. On time.
he so me polite and good driver. suggest view while we drive pass recomment that service is good everything
It was upto the mark, the car was clean, driver was also good and drive was comfortable. We reached timely. The only bad thing was they confirmed almost 3 hours before the journey.
The start time from airport was given as 9am, however the tour operator had told the taxi driver as 10am thinking that it would take 1hr for us to come out after flight landing. Chandigarh is small airport and one would five min to come out.
nice driver and very good driving skill he has. sukvinder ji was good one to share time with. wants to ride with him again. nice service provided by klook app.
Pathetic service by taxi bazaar. They are very irresponsible .
Hi, we thank you for raising your concerns and sharing feedback on your experience - it is regrettable that things weren't up to your expectations for your booking for the Private City Transfers between Chandigarh and Shimla Dalhousie & Manali. This isn't what we'd hoped to hear and will be taking this as honest, constructive feedback to share within the team and merchant. What we'll do for you, is report this back to the merchant on your behalf. That said, we thank you once again for choosing to book with Klook and we hope to serve you again. Sincerely, Sya
Aggressive driving. I told to go slow but he said I'll go on my own,met with accident front bumper damaged, missed one deadly accident.he will become one news one day but not my day I was luckey
Thank you for choosing Klook and taking time to leave us a review! We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. Rest assured, this is not the type of service which Klook offers or permits our local operator to provide. We will surely raise this matter to the product manager and local operator to improve and provide an excellent service to all our customers. Thank you once again for your valuable time spent in leaving us a review.
