really professional service. i had an amazing time although the hairdresser did not speak English she tried her best to explain the services to me. I’m really satisfied of the final product.

I had an amazing time getting my haircut and first perm done here. First off, I arrived fairly late as I struggled with navigation. Despite this, the staff was able to accommodate and still fit my full procedure into their schedule. My stylist was Ziyu. She is very skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my haircut the first day however the next day I felt as if my perm had dropped. I swung by to ask if this was normal or not and she was able to address my concerns by carefully re-perming the spots I was unhappy with (all whilst serving me tea as well). Overall, the attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction makes this place a 5/5. I would highly recommend it.

I booked 1 day before the haircut and showed up at the appointment time. I was seated almost right away. the facility is clean. my stylist Lisong was the BEST! I was actually in a bit of a rush and could not spend as much time as I wanted to. she calmly washed my hair, cut it exactly the way I LOVE, even though I didn’t provide specific style requests, dried it and even styled it a bit. She accommodates my request for a haircut that was stylish and easy to care for and even provided tips on how to style it at home. I would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back and request Lisong, if she is still around.

I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment, but Sun-mi gladly accommodated me right away. Even with the language barrier, everything went smoothly — I just showed her a photo, she gave helpful suggestions, and the result turned out even better than I expected. I really love the haircut! What impressed me most was how effortless and natural everything seemed for her. Highly recommended!

Sun-mi was my senior designer for my haircut at Herique. I thoroughly needed a men's cut after 3 months post perm not cutting my hair and it was wild. Sun-mi was really helpful and did a wonderful job in getting everything back in order. I would recommend bringing in a photo or a couple to give the stylist an idea of what you are looking for, while trusting the process. While Sun-mi and I communicated with limited English, she did a fantastic job and I would definitely come back if I find myself back in Seoul.

Highly Recommend!! I did this with my two teenage daughters and we all really enjoyed the experience. Staff spoke limited English but it didn’t affect the experience at all. Staff members were super friendly and attentive. At the end of the whole experience, our stylish took her time explaining to us how to style our hair at home. We highly recommend this experience.

Lisong was great! I appreciated how well she spoke English because I can’t speak Korean at all! She listened to what I wanted, offered recommendations for what she thought would suit my face, and was very skilled. She checked-in with me multiple times during my cut to make sure it was what I wanted, and she even curled my hair for me at the end like I asked. Thank you, Lisong, for a beautiful haircut and styling!

great place to get an haircut. location is very ideal and easy to find. what impressed me the most is their efficiency. I was able to get a nice cut + shampoo + dry n style within 30min despite they are quite busy at that hour. perfect place to get your hair fixed between itineraries in myeongdong.

I absolutely loved this! The price is good, and my hairstylist was really friendly and lovely and did a really good job with my hair. I had a rough idea what I wanted but she built on recommendations for me and the result looked much better than I expected. She was also very kind and talked to me throughout. I had a really amazing experience doing my hair here and would love to come back if I have the chance!
