The provider contacted me on the day of our arrival and made sure they have the correct hotel and information for drop off. The sim card was then handed to me upon check-in on our hotel by the reception. No problems encountered, and spot-on service! The data reception was good, but there were times that it just suddenly would not work. Glad we have a back up sim from another service provider. The one given to us was Vinaphone. Adding some photos from our trip!

It was delivered in our hotel before we arrived at HCM. The signal is good even in Cu Chi and Mekong river area. Thank you so much, we have a nice and memorable trip in Saigon Vietnam.

Giao hàng đúng ngày mình đặt, cũng may là giao từ 9h sáng nên dùng ngay được. Sim vina nên có vẻ 4G nhanh. Hy vọng quãng thời gian dùng vẫn sẽ ổn định.

SIM card was delivered before we arrive at our accommodation and the installation process was so easy because you will just plug it in your phone. The mobile data works all around Vietnam as well. Thank you so much, would recommend this to other travellers.

i bought a sim on the day that I arrived, however I did not notice that it requires and advance reservation, will only receive after 2 days. However we will only stay in Vietnam for 6 days, and if it happens we will only use the sim for 4 days. So i tried all the means to contact them if possible to receive on the same day the sim or cancel my transaction. Fortunately they delivered the sim to my hotel because of my persistence. I am so happy and satisfied with their flexibility and service. Lesson learned for me to read carefully before purchasing.
