We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during this trip as we were lucky to have a clear day to enjoy Mt Fuji clearly from Fujisan World Heritage Centre. The views at Hakone and Owakudani were spectacular with all the volcanic activities. We ended our day with a cruise on the peaceful Lake Ashi.

it was a good thing that I book this tru klook no hassle and really worth it. I was able to see Mt.Fuji up close and thankfully the weather really cooperates this time. it has lots of activities - able to ride cable car, see crater upclose, has a visible of mt fuji, had the cruise ship and of course the included lunch was worth it. The shinkansen ride back to Tokyo save ample time to go back earlier. Kudos also to our tour guide Suzuki/san able to communite with the tourist from 8 different nations. thank you!

ෆුජි කන්ද දැකීමට අපට ලස්සන නිල් අහසක් සහිත දිනයක් ලැබීම වාසනාවක්! අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශිකා සයුරි සහ ඇගේ සහායක හිරෝ ඉතා මිත්‍රශීලී විය. අපට 5 වන ස්ථානයට යාමට හැකි වූ අතර එය විශිෂ්ටයි (උණුසුම් ඇඳුම් රැගෙන එන්න!). කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඔබට එහි ගත කිරීමට ලැබෙන්නේ විනාඩි 20 ක් පමණක් බව මතක තබා ගන්න, එබැවින් ඔබේ කාලය ඥානවන්තව භාවිතා කරන්න. එකම බලාපොරොත්තු සුන්වීම වූයේ අධික සුළං හේතුවෙන් කේබල් කාරයෙන් යාමට නොහැකි වීමයි. ඒ වෙනුවට අපි හකොනේ චෙක්පොයින්ට් වෙත ගියෙමු, එහි හොඳ දර්ශන කිහිපයක් තිබුණද එය එතරම්ම ආකර්ෂණීය නොවේ. ඇතුළත් දිවා ආහාරය (හොට් පොට් සහ බුෆේ පුදුම සහගත වූ අතර ඕනෑවට වඩා ආහාර තිබුණි) සහ ටෝකියෝ වෙත ආපසු යන ෂින්කන්සෙන් සඳහා අමතර මුදල් වියදම් කරන ලෙස මම නිර්දේශ කරමි. එය ඉතා දිගු දවසක් වන අතර අවසානයේ තවත් පැය 2.5 ක් මෝටර් රථයේ නොසිටීම ඉතා හොඳ විය.

due to traffic accidents on the journey up to mt. fuji, we were delayed by 1.5 hours which meant me missed out on the gondola ride but we all wanted the pirate ship more! it was amazing. Our guide Shun was incredible and thorough, and our driver was amazing. lunch was incredible and delicious. 10/10 would book again

our guide nori was excellent. she really made an effort well above what was expected of her and even teaching us some interesting things about Japan and their culture. we loved the experience. weather wasn’t cooperative but we still had a great time

a big shout-out to the tour guide Sayuri for her friendly and very loving to all of us. and thank you for the bus driver and her assistant Ken (hopefully i got the name right). every tour was smoothly arranged and enough time were given for each location. do opt for the Shinkansen experience back to Tokyo.

My husband and I booked a tour to this company. the weather started out good and then It got cloudy in the afternoon. Our guide Pat and assistance guide Mia (she was a retired teacher) are so kind, patient and very informative. I can’t remember our drivers name, but boy oh boy… she can drive and back up the huge full size bus so perfectly. She’s also strong, watching her put my heavy backpack in the luggage storage under the bus. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone thinking about seeing the My Fuji and Hakone and maybe you’d be lucky to have these amazing people to take care of you and guide you to this amazing places.

great tour, particularly if you wish to visit Mt Fuji in cloudy day to recover from disappointment. Hakone is an interesting place that make you feel why you want to come back. Of course bullet train to Tokyo save the time away from traffic jam.

Great tour! Note that the lunch location changes seasonally if you purchase lunch included. We were expecting the "Ninja Village" but that was the winter lunch location, we ended up at a spa resort that still had a yummy buffet lunch, though my son was a little disappointed because we thought there were be a ninja theme. If you don't have a JR pass, don't cheap out, get the shinkansen ticket back, or make plans to buy your own reserved ticket at the station and break from the tour. We ended up buying our own ticket back after realizing the difference was 30 minutes back to Tokyo rather than 1.5 hrs (regular) but an accident on the highway would have made it 2.5 hrs at least according to the driver.

Loved that the tour confirmed our booking the night before. Meet up was a little confusing since there will be many many tours meeting at the same place. But just ask around! Tour guide was very very friendly and helpful. Tour was very punctual and overall a great experience.
