Upon arriving at Busuanga Airport, another company representative approached me, but when I mentioned the name of this company, they directed me to Klook's van, and we successfully met up! We arrived at the hotel in about 30 minutes! As long as you clearly state your flight number when booking, the transfer will go smoothly, making it very convenient ✨️ I also used their transfer service on Boracay Island before, and if you book and pay in advance, you won't need much cash on hand on the day, which is reassuring. I highly recommend this transfer service.

My cell phone broke down while I was there, and I was worried because the instructions said I would receive a call the day before pickup with the pickup time, but the hotel front desk kindly informed them of the time, which was a great help. (They arrived at just the right time so I could catch my return flight.) I had also used their transfer service on the way there, so I felt at ease. I will definitely use them again.

We did not come from a flight, so we needed to wait for a flight to land. Good thing one of the van drivers turned on their AC while we were waiting. It was a good 1hr atleast though.
