Beautiful resort to stay if you wanna relax and get away from the buzzling of the city. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Bicycles were provided for our ease of moving around the resort, buggy are provide too but u have to wait 10-15 minutes if your resort is located far. we had internet problems and our rain shower didn't work but they called the engineer to help out to fix the problem quickly. A note that the tv doesn't provide Netflix , which is a bummer. Screen mirroring for iPhone do not work, only YouTube mirroring was working. You would need to bring an HDMI cable to connect to the laptop to screen your Netflix. The resort is relatively far away from city amities and hotel food are expensive , would recommend to bring your own snacks, however the breakfast buffet provide is amazing. it has wide variety of cuisine to choose from. overall a really nice and an enjoyable experience. would book again if i were to visit bintan again :) Recommended to go
