Easy booking and confirmation received on a timely manner. Coach arrived as scheduled and we were at Thredbo within 3 hours. Our driver Justin was excellent - drove safely and journey was smooth. Thredbo is an excellent resort for winter sports and we will definitely return. All in all, a hassle free day's break away at the snow

1. There was no introduction by first driver on facilities in the coach. 2. Passengers were not informed on change of coach for return trip. 3. There was no coffee or tea provided, although it was stated in the voucher.
