අපට විශිෂ්ට අත්දැකීමක් ලැබුණු අතර අපගේ සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශක ජේසන් මුළු සංචාරය පුරාම ඉතා උපකාරී විය. අපට පුදුමාකාර අත්දැකීම් රාශියක් ලැබුණා. අපගේ මිතුරන්ට සහ පවුලේ අයට cheeky kiwi අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම නිර්දේශ කරන්නෙමු.

ආරම්භයේ සිට අවසානය දක්වා, මෙම සංචාරය අතිශයින්ම විශිෂ්ට විය. අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා වූ ස්ටීව් දැනුමැති, මිත්‍රශීලී වූ අතර, සෑම කෙනෙකුටම විශිෂ්ට කාලයක් ගත කිරීමට වග බලා ගත්තේය. සංචාරක සැලැස්ම හොඳින් සකස් කර තිබුණි—සියලු වැදගත් ස්ථාන නැරඹීමට ප්‍රමාණවත් තරම් කාර්යබහුල වූ නමුත් කිසි විටෙකත් කඩිමුඩියේ සිදු නොවීය. වාහනය පිරිසිදු හා සුවපහසු වූ අතර, ඇතුළත් කළ දිවා ආහාර පෙට්ටිය රසවත් පුදුමයක් විය. ප්‍රශ්න ඇසීමට සහ අනෙකුත් සංචාරකයින් සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීමට පහසු වූ කුඩා කණ්ඩායම් සැකැස්ම මම විශේෂයෙන් අගය කළෙමි. ඔබ ඉතිහාසයට ලැදි අයෙක් වුවත්, ඡායාරූප ගැනීමට කැමති අයෙක් වුවත්, නැතහොත් කරදරයකින් තොරව ගවේෂණය කිරීමට මාර්ගයක් සොයන අයෙක් වුවත්, මෙම සංචාරය ඔබට අවශ්‍ය දේ සපයයි. වැය කළ සෑම සතයක්ම වටිනවා. ඉතා නිර්දේශ කරමි!

බෙනී නිසා අපට මිල්ෆෝර්ඩ් සවුන්ඩ් සංචාරයේදී පුදුමාකාර අත්දැකීමක් ලැබුණා. ආරම්භයේ සිටම, ඔහු විනෝදජනක, සැහැල්ලු වාතාවරණයක් ඇති කළ අතර ඔහුගේ විශිෂ්ට හාස්‍යය නිසා සියලු දෙනාම විනෝදයෙන් තැබුවා. ඔහු ඇදහිය නොහැකි තරම් මිත්‍රශීලී, නවාතැන් සපයන අයෙක් වූ අතර ගමන පුරාම අප සියලු දෙනාම සුවපහසුව සිටින බවට වග බලා ගත්තා. ඔහුගේ සන්සුන් හා වෘත්තීය රිය පැදවීම නිසා අපට මුළු කාලය පුරාම ඉතා ආරක්ෂිත බවක් දැනුණා. එය අපට සැබවින්ම විවේක ගැනීමට සහ විශ්මයජනක දර්ශන භුක්ති විඳීමට ඉඩ සැලසුවා. සංචාරයේ හොඳම කොටස් වලින් එකක් වූයේ අප සියලුම ප්‍රධාන දර්ශනීය ස්ථානවල සහ සැඟවුණු ස්ථාන කිහිපයක පවා නැවතුණු එකයි. අපට කිසි විටෙකත් ඉක්මන් වීමක් දැනුණේ නැති අතර ලස්සන ඡායාරූප ගැනීමට සහ මඟ දිගේ අන්තර්ගතයන් නිර්මාණය කිරීමට ඕනෑ තරම් කාලය තිබුණා. සමස්තයක් වශයෙන්, මිල්ෆෝර්ඩ් සවුන්ඩ් වෙත පැමිණෙන ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට මෙම සංචාරය මම බෙහෙවින් නිර්දේශ කරමි. බෙනී සැබවින්ම අත්දැකීම සුමට, ප්‍රියජනක සහ අමතක නොවන එකක් බවට පත් කළා. එවැනි අපූරු සහ අමතක නොවන දවසක් ලබා දීම ගැන ඔබට ස්තූතියි.

Our guide Faolen has done a wonderful job! He is enthusiastic, funny, very knowledgeable about the region and took good care of us. Faolen is a safe driver which is very impressive. He told us lots of stories along the way and now I have a better understanding of Queenstown, Kingston, Fjordland… … We stopped at many locations to take photos, and grab a cuppa. Packed lunch and snacks were provided. We had a very relaxing day, a good memory. We will come back for sure. Thanks so much Faolen! :-)

Five stars for everything. The van was comfortable, the packed lunch was actually quite delicious, and the boat ride was thrilling. It's definitely better to be on a smaller boat rather than the bigger ones. If you like a bit of a rush, stay on the top deck and feel the wind and water blow on you -- sometimes a bit harshly though, so make sure you don't have anything that can fly away (e.g. a hat)! I only booked this because everyone said that Milford Sound is THE thing to see on the South Island, and it truly was magnificent. It's funner on rainy days btw! The wind makes the area more magical with the blown-away waterfalls.

I absolutely loved this tour — it’s an experience I’ll treasure forever! Our guide, Jason, was truly exceptional — his passion for what he does shone through at every moment. He shared fascinating insights and stories about every stop on our journey to Milford Sound, making the entire trip both entertaining and meaningful. Jason also knew all the best viewpoints and photo spots, ensuring we captured the most stunning memories along the way. The tour was perfectly organized, with well-timed breaks for coffee, restrooms, and even delightful encounters with the curious Kea birds! One of the highlights was the skip-the-line option for the Milford Sound cruise, which made the experience so smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Jason’s great advice on where to sit, we had the most incredible views throughout the cruise. I can’t recommend this tour enough — it was well-planned, full of charm, and truly excellent value for money. If you’re visiting the area, this is an absolute must-do!

I had an amazing experience despite the rainy weather. Our guide, Martin, was excellent – very friendly and full of fascinating stories about New Zealand, especially the history of the tunnel and road to Milford Sound. The rain actually made the scenery even more stunning, with countless mini waterfalls cascading down the cliffs and creating a magical atmosphere. We also enjoyed plenty of scenic stops along the way, which gave us time to take in different landscapes and capture some incredible photos. The journey itself was very comfortable thanks to well-timed breaks for toilets and snacks, making the long drive feel easy. Lunch on the cruise was another highlight – enjoying a tasty meal while surrounded by towering cliffs and multiple waterfalls was unforgettable. Being a small group tour made everything smoother and more relaxed, with less waiting and a more personal touch. Overall, it was a wonderful trip with breathtaking views and a fantastic guide. Highly recommended!

it's a great and fantastic experience join with this tour. along the way to milford from queenstown, there are some spots which you won't be forget, snow, lake, nature, bird and everything are fabulous. and during the cruise, we have the best view of waterfalls, seeing seagulls and fish jumping (maybe dolphin). last but not least, thanks to our driver Hana who's kind, polite and helpful to us. the car also comfie. the best tour ever.
