The experience of hot air ballon flight was amazing, going up at first light, experiencing sunrise while in the air and flying over key landmarks of Mudgee. The team was truly professional and took care of us from check-in all the way to the end of breakfast.
The experience was cancelled due to bad weather. The company gave us credits to book again with them within next 1-year. Can’t wait to book it again!
Received a text the night before the flight that the balloon is unable to fly. Customer service is quite slow in response. They don’t work in the weekend. In my case, the balloon ride is suppose to be on a Monday. On the Saturday I had a few questions to ask but got no replies.
Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that our support team did not manage to provide you with the assistance you required in a timely manner. We have reflected this to the internal team for further improvements. In regards to your booking, One of our specialist has already assisted and refunded your booking, We seek for your kind patience with us!
