We purchased 2 eSIMs through Klook with Xplori for 5 days (1.5 GB per day) with 2 different email address provided to the vendors, one for myself and one for my wife, we both received an email confirmation from Klook right away and within 30 mins my wife received the QR code to activate her eSIM from Xplori. I waited 2 hours, checked my spam folder and no QR code sent to me from Xplori. I emailed to Xplori customer service and within a short time I got an response from them and they resent the QR code to me. The eSIM is easy to activate and clear instructions was provided, connection was stable and fast during my stay in Malaysia.

I haven't use it properly because I didn't click the activate Sim,I just scan the barcode and thought it will automatically activated. So I wasn't able to use it at Penang at all.
