the tour was amazing! we love the trang an complex.. it was a nice scenery.. our tour guide Andrew was very nice and considerate.. he even took great pictures of us! he has a very good communication skills, speaks english very well, and is very patient with us! would definitely book this tour again if given the chance.. ☺️

We had an amazing experience yesterday on our tour to Trang An, Hoa Lu and the Incense village. Our guide Duc (Aaron) was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive, he had such positive energy and really made our trip special. He was always there to help us take amazing photos, answer any questions we had and we are so grateful we had him on our tour. the Trang An boat ride was so peaceful and beautiful, then we went to the ancient capital Hoa Lu and learned interesting information about Vietnam's history, and finally we took stunning and unique photos at the Incense Village, and we also learned how they were made. It was truly a special and unforgettable day. :)

ඉතා හොඳ සංචාරයක්. අපි එය ඉතා සතුටින් භුක්ති වින්දා. අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා වූ සැක් ඉතා හොඳින් ඉංග්‍රීසි කතා කළා. දවස පුරාම අපි විවිධ මාතෘකා ගැන හොඳින් කතාබස් කළා. ඔහු ඉතා ධනාත්මක හා සතුටුදායක ගතිගුණ ඇති කෙනෙක්. ට්‍රැං ආන් ගංගා යාත්‍රාව කම්මැලි වේවි කියා මම සිතුවත්, එය ඉතා සිත්ගන්නාසුළු හා සුවපහසු එකක් බවට පත් වුණා. කෙසේ වෙතත්, සිසිල් කාලගුණයක් ඇති විට එය කිරීමට මම නිර්දේශ කරමි.

Everything went well on this trip. We requested for a guide with very good English and the tour agency made sure we got one. Our guide Bruno (Minh) was very knowledgeable and happy to share what he knows . When he wasn't sure, he would be honest but looked it up and updated with us later. Our driver was friendly and drove around safely too. I was a little apprehensive about visiting the incense village due to the significant cost difference from the regular Ninh Binh tours at first, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip! You'll get to learn about the incense making progress at the factory. Bruno was also great with photo taking! As for the boat tour, choose the route with the shortest duration (1.5hours is more than enough, you will get to see 3 temples and go through 3 caves ). The history of Hoa Lu temple was highly engaging too! really thankful for the memorable experience!

This tour was amazing! We had two fantastic guides, Tom and Po, and an excellent driver, Mr Vinn. they were all so helpful. Tom and Po we’re full of interesting facts and stories and we learned so much about the rich history of Vietnam as well as some more of the bits and pieces that make up contemporary life in Hanoi, the Incense Village and Ninh Binh. They struck the right balance of information and experiences. The lunch was also delicious - definitely try the goat 😁. And, to cap it all off, the boat tour was unbelievable! We had already done a cave tour in Ha Long Bay but this is something even more amazing than that - this whole tour is a must do!

නින් බින්ග් ඇත්තෙන්ම ලස්සනයි. ට්‍රැන්ග් ඇන් ගඟ ඉතා නිස්කලංක සහ මනරම් වුවත්, සමහරවිට ගමන ටිකක් දිග වැඩියි 😅 හොවා ලූ (පුරාණ අගනුවර) ඉතිහාසය සහ සුවඳ දුම් කර්මාන්ත ශාලාව සිත්ගන්නා සුළු විය. අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශක ඇන්ඩෘ ඉතා මිත්‍රශීලී සහ දැනුමැති අයෙකි. ඔහු හැනෝයි හි සහ නින් බින්ග් හි වෙනත් ප්‍රදේශවල ආහාර සහ නැරඹීමට සුදුසු ස්ථාන පිළිබඳ නිර්දේශ පවා අපට ලබා දුන්නේය 👍🏻

සුවඳ දුම් ගම්මානය, වියට්නාමයේ හුවා ලූ පුරාණ අගනුවර සහ ට්‍රැන්ග් ආන් ග්‍රෝටෝ හි පැය 2ක උණ බම්බු පැතලි බෝට්ටු සවාරිය සමඟින් අපට විශිෂ්ට දින සංචාරයක් තිබුණා. අපගේ සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශක ටූ මහතා (කෙල්වින්) ඉතා දැනුමැති වන අතර ඉංග්‍රීසි ඉතා චතුර ලෙස කතා කරන අතර අපගේ රියදුරු ටී මහතා ඉතා ආරක්ෂිත රියදුරෙකි. ඔවුන් දෙදෙනාම අපගේ අපේක්ෂාවන් ඉක්මවා සේවය සැපයූහ. මෙම සංචාරය තුළ දේශීය විශේෂත්වයක් වන එළු මස් ස්ප්‍රින්ග් රෝල් ඇතුළු රසවත් දිවා ආහාරයක් ද ලබා දුන්නා. එය විශිෂ්ට අත්දැකීමක් වූ අතර අපි එය හොඳින් භුක්ති වින්දා. ටූ (කෙල්වින්) සහ ටී මහතාට ස්තූතියි.

I’ve booked a join-in tour, we got more than we bargained for and we got a private car for 2 people! Bruno/Brian was pretty great, he had excellent English skills and took effort to explain the history surrounding the place! 10/10. if you want to do the incense village as well as the trang an tour. go for this tour, you won’t go wrong. Trang an is pretty lovely imo :))

Amazing tour and service!! We booked it the day before and was worried that we can't get picked up outside old quarters. But about 3 hours after my booking, the guide manager messaged me to confirm pickup details. They also managed to pick me up directly from my hotel. Our Guide, Bruno, was friendly, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic in ensuring that all guests are well taken care of and have a good time. I recommend tourists to book this tour ☺️
