මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා ඉතා මිත්රශීලී සහ හොඳයි, නමුත් බස් රථයේ වායුසමීකරණය ඉතා දුර්වල වූ නිසා ඇත්තෙන්ම උණුසුම් විය. පිටත ඊට වඩා සිසිල් විය. කාලසටහන හොඳින් සංවිධානය වී විනෝදජනක විය. බස් රථයේ වායුසමීකරණය වැඩි දියුණු කළහොත් එය ඉතා හොඳ වනු ඇත.
導遊司機ok、但貴公司的客服Zin.F服務態度真係太差、完全影響公司形象、我遇到問題時應該怎樣處理。仲有此行程是有提供免費午餐的、請你哋更正、但此團性價比太低。我剛剛試吓光顧貴公司、但係你哋嘅客服真係要改、特別是Zin.F、完全無事客人要求、問非所答、態度差！唉😮💨、希望貴公司能改善、如果唔係、我相信客人都會相對減少！thx
the driver/guide was a funny guy… the itinerary was just right for the day
Massive thank you to our tour guide Dino. Love the tour arrangement and we got to see a lot in a single day. Garlic prawns lunch was so yummy too. Will surely come back next time.
The service provider was E Noa, and our guide Chelsea was very nice. Would have given it a 5 star review if we had actually followed the itinerary online. The 2 stops that we didn't visit are: Hanauma Bay Lookout & Halona Blowhole and Cove.
Mighty Mo was very informative and always made sure that everyone was taken care of. Lunch served was very tasty although it is highly recommended that we are asked for any food allergies when the meal orders are taken as I had an allergic reaction to MSG.
The tour guide was really informative and friendly! He well planned and provided us a great experience!
Knowledgeable and entertaining driver however only short amounts of time at each stop, keep this in mind if you’re wanting a really good look around anywhere
I Booked the tour and showed up the next day on time to find out the driver had left me already. I never received a phone call or anything. HORRIBLE communication. & I’m still waiting on a refund
