Loved our short stay here!! We arrived at the airport at 4:30AM and hotel check-in wasn’t for another 12 hours. This place had everything we needed to shower, rest, and recharge before exploring. Staff are super friendly, accommodating, and can speak English. No food allowed inside but there are plenty of places in the area to grab a bite. Would highly highly recommend & we’ll definitely be back!
loved the comprehensive service provided from responding emails on time, answering all my questions and constantly communicating for pick/drop-off. the lounge is also a really nice and clean space with comfortable recliner chair to nap and nice shower, etc. really appreciated our stay here especially for early flights and unable to check in to hotel.
Beautiful experience at the Lounge. They have all you need to relax after a full day of travelling. you also get a pickup from Seoul station and drop off at your hotel as well. amazing time
