Perfect place with family. Thermal pool was great hot water is hot enough for relax buying at klook is cheaper than front door the price for adult is 38 nzd. Just show the Qr code from Klook and everything is ready. Thank you

The tour was excellent. The coach was comfortable and the Hanmer Thermal pools are awesome, specially the big slides. I would highly recommend this activity.

a nice place to relax in thermal pools and also enjoy some slides. The change rooms were fantastic, with hot showers and a spinning machine to dry out your swimmers. We hired a locker but it didn’t fit much inside so just used free lockers and had no issues.

The day we visited it was overcast but the weather was still great. Wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with all the pools and slides on offer. Plenty of staff on site for your safety and assistance. A great day out for the family

We booked tickets from klook whice cheaper and easy for check in. It is raining day but it is fantastic for hot pool, I really appreciate safe guard doing excellent job make us feel free and safe to play, Definitely will go back again

klook prices were slightly lower than from the operators site, was pleasantly surprised! safety was super with plenty of lifeguards, just that we couldn't avoid the bad weather. plenty of parking just outside the entrance so no worries for that.

Best time to spend with friends in hot pools with great sceneries. Recommended!

非常超值的門票，各種溫度的溫泉池，環境乾淨享受，還有刺激的水上設施可以無限遊玩，對於動線的設計也都很滿意，在冷冷的天氣泡溫泉非常享受！

The pool was quite busy on the day we went, probably because it was chilly and cloudy. but it was really lovely.
