Naho was super helpful; from the start she greeted me downstairs, guiding me to her studio and showed me introductory videos on the art of kumiko, as well as the artisan who designed and crafted the pieces needed for this class. I was able to choose which style of kumiko I wanted to make. I chose the sesame/turtle design, which took about 50 mins to complete. I liked my finished piece! :)

Really enjoyed the class and could tell they were passionate about what they did. I liked being able to choose what design I wanted to build.
