Make sure you find the elevator it's on the 8th floor. The staff was very helpful and nice. It took us 2 hours total but it was worth the time. They had space for luggage which was very welcome during our transfer day. The engraving supported UTF8 / Unicode characters and even emojis, which was nice. Overall super nice experience.

This was a fantastic experience. The venue was perfectly organized and the staff was professional, friendly and encouraging. We made two sets each to try the different wood types and are glad we did. They also have beautiful extras to purchase. We stayed over two hours because we enjoyed talking to the staff and being in the creative environment. Please don’t miss out on this! Even the location is easy to get to!

I went there at 9 AM. The place is nice clean. The staffs are so friendly especially my instructor the one who guided me along my journey of the chopsticks class. It was a fun experience. highly recommended 💯

Who knew a pair of chopsticks could come with so many laughs? 🎋 Such a fun, hands-on experience from start to finish. The instructors were friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy to follow. It was incredibly satisfying creating something unique to take home, and now every time I use my chopsticks I’ll remember this experience in Japan.

We had an amazing time! We were able to book the day of. We got there a bit early and they let us in. Very fun and staff spoke AMAZING english.

Rio was extremely nice and had a great chopstick making experience with her. highly recommend and it’s a very cute and fun souvenir too.

I believe this is a one of a kind experience you can have in Tokyo. The workshop is located at the heart of Shinjuku. Could see a different angle of the Godzilla head from the 8th floor. The staff were all so friendly and lovely. Shout out to Nonoka sensei ✨. Thank you for having me. Arigatou ❤️😃.

LOVED this so much that we stayed for the Kintsugi one. My husband had the idea of doing this as a family. We thought it would be a fun activity for us, so we decided to book it immediately after reading everyone's reviews. What a treat. Absolutely EVERYONE who works there was kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and never rushed. We left with wonderful custom souvenirs to take home and wonderful memories.

This was so much fun that we came back and made more chopsticks while on our trip! Rafi was an excellent teacher and an engaging conversationalist.
