Wow...... what an experience, love the selection of seafood they're offering, so much food. Fresh seafood, cooked seafood, salad bar, dessert bar. My daughter and I love and enjoy all of them. We're so full and struggling to walk 😀 The staff are very friendly, lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this place, good food and just a fraction of price compared to Australia.

所有工作人员非常友好专业微笑。提个小建议，果汁机器的流速太慢，并且没有贴标签，我以为是酸梅汁，入口才知道是可乐
직원 친절도 : 정말 친절하세요. 친절도 최고입니다. 스시 : 밥이 정말 엉망입니다. 스시용 밥을 어떻게 만드는지 모르는 듯 합니다. 음식물의 짜기: 음식물들이 전반적으로 짜요. 더운 나라 소금 섭취가 상대적으로 많은 건 아는데 전반적으로 많이 짭니다. 과일의 맛 : 별로입니다. 당도도 떨어지고 특히 수박은 과숙상태이며 질겨요. 구운 생선: 보기는 좋은데 너무 큰 생선을 구워서 속은 퍼석퍼석합니다. 새우: 크기도 크고 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 음식에 좀 더 신경을 써야할 듯 합니다. 특히 스시 및 김밥 신경 많이 쓰셔야 할 듯 합니다. 본전 생각이 나신다면 새우로 뽕을 뽑으세요.

The buffet is great the service is sublime and everyone is with a massive style and face smile great experience . a must try especially when you have walked the city all morning and just needed a place to sit cool drink cold drinks and maybe fill up your stomach to re-energize;-)
Going through klook to search for what to do in Ho Chi Minh and came across the Seafood Buffet at Novotel Hotel. This was a perfect find. We had a 6pm reservation and was there as soon as the buffet opened and this place had A LOT to offer. From the appetizers to the main courses of crabs, lobsters, prawns, scallops, steaks, etc. The food was perfectly cooked and was so scrumptious. The only drawback is you eat too much since all the seafood offerings was so good. Highly recommend this place if you ever get to visit the city. An additional bonus is they have the friendliest staff. They are quick to anticipate the needs of the guests, always have beautiful smiles to share and are over all one of the best restaurant staff we've encountered. Can't rave enough about this place. If you love seafood this one is for you.
整體來說很符合越南的吃到飽，跟其他飯店吃到飽不同很有越南特色料理的風格。用餐環境乾淨，服務人員態度100分。
