I had an absolutely unforgettable experience with this Mother-of-Pearl workshop in Seoul. Out of everything I did during my trip, this was truly one of the most meaningful and memorable activities. From the moment I arrived, I could feel that this was not just a typical tourist activity, but a carefully curated cultural experience. The space itself is beautifully designed -calm, artistic, and inspiring. It immediately sets the tone for a creative and immersive experience. Every detail, from the materials to the atmosphere, felt intentional and thoughtfully prepared. The workshop process was incredibly engaging. Even as a complete beginner, I never felt overwhelmed. The instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, allowing me to fully enjoy the process of designing and creating my own piece. Working with mother-of-pearl is something truly special the way it reflects light and reveals different colors is mesmerizing. It felt like I was creating something genuinely unique.

Our group of four stumbled upon this gem and it turned out to be the highlight of our entire Seoul trip. June, the owner, is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Korean cultural heritage. From the moment we walked in, he made all four of us feel right at home. He guided us patiently through the entire mother-of-pearl crafting process, sharing the history behind najeonchilgi while making sure everyone in our group felt supported. Despite being a group of four, no one ever felt rushed or overlooked. We laughed, learned, and created together — each walking away with a unique handmade piece we’ll treasure forever. The photo shoot at the end was the perfect finishing touch. June puts his heart into every session and it shows. If you’re in Seoul, book this without hesitation! 감사합니다 June! 🙏🇰🇷✨

ගුරුවරයා මුළු ක්‍රියාවලිය පුරාම ඉතා ඉවසිලිවන්තව හා උපකාරශීලීව සිටි අතර, ස්ථානය සැබවින්ම සන්සුන් හා සාමකාමී විය. එහි වර්ණවත් කෑලි බොහොමයක් තිබූ අතර, අබලෝන් කටුවලින් සාදන ලද විවිධ හැඩතල භාවිතා කිරීම සැබවින්ම සිත්ගන්නා සුළු විය.

ඉවසිලිවන්ත සහ හොඳ ගතිගුණ ඇති උපදේශකවරයෙකු සමඟ පුදුමාකාර අත්දැකීමක්. මගේ දියණියට සහ මට පුදුමාකාර කාලයක් ගත කිරීමට ලැබුණා. අපි මේ සංචාරයේදී හෝ ඊළඟ වතාවේදී තවත් අත්දැකීමක් සඳහා නැවත එන්නෙමු! ඉතාමත් නිර්දේශ කරමි!!!

This was one of the best experiences I had in Seoul. It’s the best kind of frustrating, when you’re working hard and trying to learn, and with guidance, you’re able to make something beautiful. I recommend making a mirror so that you can use it everyday. June, the owner, was very helpful and kind. I want to go back and make more again someday. Also, check out the boxes he designed himself. They’re amazing!

we had a wonderful experience at the workshop. the work space was calm and welcoming with soothing music that really helped encourage creativity. The instructor was calm and friendly with a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend, especially if you want a little recharge day

we had a wonderful time making our mother of pearls crafts. The matierials provided were amazing quality. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. we enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly and were sad when it came to and end. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm in part thanks to the space, music, and delicious Rice Tea. I highly recommend it to anyone interest in mother of pearl and traditional arts and crafts.

මමයි මගේ යාළුවයි මේ අත්දැකීම පුරාවටම ගොඩක් සතුටින් හිටියා: මුලින්ම ගුරුවරයා අපිට හැම උපකරණයක්ම සහ ද්‍රව්‍යයක්ම හඳුන්වා දුන්නා, ඊට පස්සේ පියවරෙන් පියවර උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කරන්න වීඩියෝවක් දුන්නා. හැබැයි ගුරුවරයා ඇත්තටම කරුණාවන්තයි, අපි අමාරුවේ වැටෙනවා දැක්කම හෝ අපි කතා කරපු වෙලාවට උදව් කරන්න හැමවෙලාවෙම සූදානම්ව හිටියා. ඒ වගේම එයා අපිත් එක්ක දෛනික දේවල් ගැන කතා කළා, ඒ නිසා එතන වාඩි වෙලා, විවේකීව වැඩ කරමින් කතාබස් කිරීම හරිම සතුටක්. අපි හරිම වටිනා දෙයක් හැදුවා. අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම නැවතත් කරන්න ඕන දෙයක්.
