The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. If I ever visit Bromo again, I would love to join her tour once more. Thank you so much, Melati!

From the breathtaking sunrise on King Kong Hill and the exhilarating climb to Mount Bromo’s crater, to a serene breakfast overlooking the forest and the warm guidance of Oni, this truly stands out as one of the best one-day tours I’ve ever experienced. Our guide, Oni, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly from beginning to end. He shared interesting background information about Mount Bromo and the local community. What impressed me most was how he consistently pointed out the best photo spots, enthusiastically helped us capture memories, guided us safely during the climb, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the entire journey. ​밤새 이동하는 일정이라 확실히 체력적으로 피곤하긴 했지만, 눈앞에 펼쳐진 압도적인 풍광을 보니 고생한 보람이 100% 느껴지는 투어였습니다. ​밤 11시에 수라바야 공항 근처 호텔에서 SUV를 타고 출발해 새벽 1시 15분쯤 Griya Manteb Penginapan 호텔 주차장에 도착했습니다. 여기서 잠시 대기하다가 새벽 2시에 지프로 환승해 산길을 올랐고, 3시쯤 킹콩힐 전망대에 도착해 자리를 잡았습니다. ​새벽 6시쯤 맞이한 일출은 말로 표현하기 힘들 정도로 장엄했습니다. 7시에 킹콩힐에서 내려와 7시 반쯤 '모래의 바다(Sea of Sand)'에 들러 지프와 함께 멋진 사진을 남겼고, 8시에는 브로모 화산 정상에 올랐습니다. 모래바다 구간에서는 1인당 300k IDR을 내고 승마로 왕복 이동했는데 체력도 아끼고 색다른 재미도 있었습니다. ​화산 구경을 마치고 9시 반쯤 처음 들렀던 호텔로 돌아와 아침 식사를 한 뒤, 10시에 다시 SUV를 타고 출발해 낮 12시 반쯤 수라바야 호텔에 무사히 복귀했습니다. ​특히 가이드 겸 드라이버였던 Ahmad의 서비스가 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 과하게 부담 주지 않으면서 적당한 거리를 유지해 주었고, 꼭 필요한 순간마다 알맞게 안내를 도와주어 투어 내내 편안했습니다. 오가는 길은 쉽지 않지만 브로모의 독보적인 풍경 하나만으로도 꼭 가볼 만한 투어라 생각합니다.

We had an amazing Mount Bromo sunrise experience as a couple and a worthwhile package. We were picked up from our hotel at 23:30 and travelled about 140 km 2.5hours to the Mount Bromo base area. After transferring to a jeep, we reached King Kong Hill at around 3:30. The temperature was about 8°C, so make sure to bring warm clothing. There were many tourists and jeeps, causing some traffic on the mountain roads, We headed up to the viewpoint before sunrise and were rewarded with breathtaking views of Mount Bromo and the surrounding landscape. After descending around 6:30 AM, the jeep brought us to the crater area. Visitors can either hike up or ride a horse part of the way before climbing the stairs to the crater rim. Looking into the active volcano was truly an unforgettable experience. We arrived back at our hotel around 12 PM. Special thanks to Abu for driving us safely and guiding us throughout the trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya or East Java.

one of the best tours we’ve ever had! our guide, friesko, was super friendly and knowledgeable. he made our experience a pleasant one. easy to talk and make jokes with. would definitely find him again if we ever visit bromo again! the sunrise view point was beautiful and cold, and the hike up to the crater was fun.

We had such a amazing Mt Bromo trip thanks to our amazing guide, Trista! She went extra mile always making sure we were comfortable. Even scheduled our trip earlier so we could avoid the jam. We were the first to arrive at the coffee break stop and even managed to secure an amazing spot for the sunrise. She brought a mat so we could sit and enjoy the view comfortably. What really stood out was how Trista went the extra mile for our little girl. My daughter was so comfortable with her that she literally stuck to Trista the entire trip (that’s how amazing she was) She truly felt like family to us throughout the journey, which made everything even more special. The tour itself was smooth from start to finish. Confirmation came quickly and everything was well communicated. Well done! Do stay in Malang area and request for Trista as your tour guide! ❤️❤️❤️
