BIG SKY Travel WiFi 4G (MNL Delivery) for Asia

I booked both unlimited Wi-Fi and a 350MB backup Wi-Fi, and overall, both worked great. There were a few moments when the connection was slow, but it was likely due to the location, and we were still able to use the Wi-Fi without any major issues. They typically deliver the Wi-Fi device 2-3 days before your trip. In our case, only the backup Wi-Fi was delivered on time, while the unlimited Wi-Fi hadn’t arrived by the day of our flight. Thankfully, I reached out to them via email, text message, and Klook customer service. At first, I thought I was talking to a bot, but I was quickly redirected to a real person who resolved the issue efficiently. The unlimited Wi-Fi was delivered just before we headed to the airport. The team was kind and attentive to our concerns. I can’t recall the name of the person I spoke to at Big Sky Nation, but they were very helpful and understanding.

Delivered on time. You can actually drop off the unit at Terminal 3 Bay 8 which is not stated on this listing. No issues at all, we enjoyed our Vietnam trip while using this device. Price is also cheap. Will book again in the future

Used their wifi in Singapore and Malaysia (layover) and the signal is okay overall. Definitely a must have! Although needs improvement when it comes to customer service both via cellphone number and email.

We booked this thru Klook Manila pick up coz we had a late flight arrival in HK. Its very easy to booked, they deliver the unit in our address & we return the unit in Bay 8, easy breezy transsaction. The downside of this is the internet is not that fast and there are times that the internet is lagging. This is our second time to book pocket wifi for Hk trip and the only difference is, the first one we use is pocket wifi from HK airport & the 2nd unit come from Manila.
