Easy to Book travel Wifi. Picked-up the device at NAIA Terminal 1 Booth (in front of Jollibee). Paid the deposit fee of 1000pesos per device (you need to fill up a form on how this will be refunded to you. Opted for the Gcash). Booked this for Macau and Hong Kong. Restart the device to connect to destination country. Great connection for both countries. Returned the device in their booth at NAIA Terminal 3 (Remember to take a video for proof of return)

My family used this pocket wifi for our singapore trip. Connectivity was ok but could be better! Also, battery of the pocket wifi seemed to run out fast and heat up so make sure to let it rest and cool down before use and bring a powerbank to charge it

Tried Big Sky Travel WiFi on our trip to Da Nang and Hoi An and it worked great! Super quick to set up, solid connection everywhere we went, and the battery held up whenever we needed it. Way easier than dealing with an eSIM, specially for multiple devices. Would definitely go with it again for future travels!

This is already our 3rd time getting a wifi from them and still it did not dissapoint. still prefer getting a wifi instead of a sim but service is so good and not once did we lost connection and gotten an error. Overall, still an awesome experience!

The device battery lasted the whole day, and it was easy to carry around. Having reliable internet really helped maximize our time at Disneyland, especially when navigating the park and planning which rides to go on next. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend both Hong Kong Disneyland and Big Sky Travel Pocket WiFi for anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong!

It was easy to use and access. Also it was easy to locate where to pick up and drop off the rented wifi. It was very helpful in our travel in Vietnam (HCM, Hanoi and Sapa), however we experienced slow connection on some part of the cities, good thing that one of us was using esim. Fyi there is just a 1k deposit but reimburseable upon return.

big sky travel wifi 4G have been my travel buddy in thailand and taiwan. it never failed to help me connect to my family in the philippines, helped us with our DIY travels, and kept us updated with the weather. made it easy to connect with unlimited wifi. will still choose big sky travel wifi in my future travels

The internet connection was fast and reliable, can connect up to 3-5 devices but will also easily drain the battery if many users are connected at the same time, you can easily pick up and return at the Airport.

The portable WiFi was generally reliable and convenient to use. The signal was strong most of the time, although there were moments when it suddenly weakened—especially during peak times like in Hong Kong Disneyland. Fortunately, the connection stabilized again as we headed back to the hotel. It performed well. Battery life is impressive and can last throughout the day, which is a big plus when you’re out exploring. It was also very easy to connect devices, making it user-friendly even for first-time users. Booking through Klook was smooth and hassle-free. However, the pickup experience could be improved. One staff member at Terminal 3 (the one with colored hair) was not very accommodating. He seemed annoyed when he couldn’t immediately find my booking and even lectured me, which was quite off-putting. On a positive note, their Instagram support team was very responsive and helpful. They handled concerns professionally and made the overall customer service experience much better.

BigSky Nation WiFi is really good — the connection was fast, stable, and reliable throughout our stay in Vietnam. We didn’t experience any interruptions, making it easy to work and stay connected with family and friends.
