it was an amazing experience! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating stories about the Old City and the modern landmarks like the Flame Towers. The tour was well-organized, and the transportation was comfortable. My favorite part was visiting the Heydar Aliyev Center—it’s a must-see! The only downside was that it was a bit cold in the evening, but overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Baku.

It was very professionally arranged, guide was very generous, helpful, kind and informative, i would suggest this tours service for all types of category families, singles and couples.

the attitude of driver guide was really good. But the issue is one dah is not sufficient for the entire tour.But overall the experience was pleasent

Guide was very good person but lacked English Speech / Waited extra hour too / He wanted to share many things he knew but couldn’t because of Language though we booked English Speaking Guide

It was not Guided tour the perwon came and drop us and said you explore on your own, we told him its guided tour for which we have paid but he said I am only driver if you don't want get down never ever book with klook its crucks not klooks

Itinerary had mentioned that BUS would be come along with English speaking guide, however a car came with one driver, so there was no guide and I had to di entire city tout by my own.

wrong description on the service. no guide included and they ask you to pay parking.
