our family had a great time during our tour. we enjoyed all the activities included. David Hsu is our Klook driver, tour guide, and photographer. He provided Remote Control Headset System for our Tour Group. the audio is clear and soft. The volume can be adjusted accordingly. So we can freely adjust it based on our preferences. David is accommodating. He exerted extra effort making sure that we would have the best trip during our stay in Melbourne. He provided detailed information on the tour. Lastly, he was kind enough to drop us off right in front of our hotel. My family and I would definitely recommend him and his tour.

Had a great day on this tour! Vance was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable on and shared lots of interesting info throughout the journey. We started at Brighton Beach for some cute instagrammable photos with the iconic rainbow bathing boxes, followed by the Puffing Billy train ride with its stunning scenic views. There was also enough time at the various stops and we even got to interact with some wild animals along the way. The Penguin Parade was a lovely way to end the day - real cute creatures! Highly recommend for first-time visitors to Melbourne! 😊

first off, it's a well planned tour. we missed out on the viewing point but it's okay because the day is jam packed. John (who looks abit like Jay Chou😂) is professional and drives well. he's polite and helps us to take nice videos! I recommend him for future tours. one thing I want to say is I think the entrance fee for the zoo should be added in so participants need not waste time to purchase or pay back.

We had a great experience, including taking the train, getting close-up photos with kangaroos, seeing koalas awake up nearby, and waiting to watch penguins return to their dens naturally.The only downside was that it rained heavily while we were waiting to watch the penguin parade. We got completely soaked and were very cold. But overall, it was a great experience. Our driver, who also served as our guide, was incredibly attentive and helpful. He was of Chinese descent but spoke excellent English. Highly recommend him! Convenient and great value.

很開心參加了今天蒸汽火車+企鵝歸巢的行程，想特別表揚我們的司機兼導遊Vance， 一路駕駛非常平穩，讓人感到安心又舒適，也準時帶我們抵達各個景點，時間掌控得很好，整體節奏很順暢。到達蒸汽火車時還下著雨，Vance冒雨幫我們大家拍照，從早上08:00就陸續接我們團員，一直等我們看完企鵝，21:30平安載我們回到市區，謝謝Vance的辛苦，讓我們大家都能輕鬆享受今天的行程。 謝謝您的專業與用心，讓這趟旅程更加愉快！

අපට හොඳ අත්දැකීමක් ලැබුණා. ‘තෘප්තිය සහතිකයි’ මිලදී ගැනීම ගැන මට පසුතැවීමක් ඇති වුණේ අපට එය අවශ්‍ය නොවූ නිසා පමණයි. එය නොතිබුණත්, අපි අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම සතුටින් හා තෘප්තිමත්ව සිටිනු ඇත — ගමන් විස්තරයේ සිට බිම් මට්ටමේ සිටි අය දක්වාම, සංචාරයම විනෝදජනක විය.

Heartfelt gratitude to our driver+tour guide Tony for the over 15 hour long day tour. It was a very fruitful day with a ride on the renowned Puffing Billy Railway, quick lunch at the resting point, a visit to the zoo where we saw white kangaroo and many more lovely animals, a brief stop at Cowes to see the sea and enjoy some gelato, a leisure walk at the Nobbies to enjoy the amazing views, and lastly very sufficient time at the Penguin Parade to have dinner and prepare ourselves to see the lovely little penguins. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

My sisters & I enjoyed the trip very much. Pick up info received by email at ard 6.25pm the day before the trip. Well-organized to cover all attractions within the day. Tour guide, Ken picked us at 11.15am at 220 Upper West Side, and brought us home at 9.15pm. He spoke Mandarin as passengers are all Chinese. He made brief introduction of each attraction, quite informative explanations frm him. Nice & comfortable bus throughout the journey with nice scenery especialy at Philip Island. The bus has USB port to charge phone. We have sufficient time for a nice sumptuous Japanese lunch at Belgrave. Thanks for the memorable trip, appreciate it 👍🏻 Attractions covered during the day tour: Brighton Bathing Boxes, lunch at Belgrave, Puffing Billy train ride (frm Belgrave to Lakeside Station, ard 55 mins), Penguin Parade at Philip Island *Almost 2 hrs journey frm Philip Island back to Melbourne CDB, hence no time for dinner & toilet break. Thanks Ken for the safe + long hours drive. Good job 👍🏻

This trip is hassle free and fun to try. especially the main highlight which is the puffy billy, maru wildlife and penguin viewing worth to try and penny.

Great fun! John was our guide, he is bilingual and he looks out for our family well - helping to plan the meals by giving a brief of the itinerary, and helping with photos. We got this because we were not able to get tickets to Puffing Billy from their website. Through this tour, we were able to cover more grounds without having to fuss over the travelling.
