It was all worth it. You learn from all the things you see in the museum. Reality hits you hard when you realize the depth of what the war damaged and its casualties. Translation mobiles are available for rent that helps you grasp more what is exhibited.
There are souvenirs on the ground floor and a museum cafe outside the building.

වියට්නාමයේ ඉතිහාසය ඉගෙන ගැනීමට මෙය කදිම ක්රමයකි. ඔවුන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ ඉතිහාසය මේ ආකාරයේ කෞතුකාගාරයක සංරක්ෂණය කිරීමට සහ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට හැකිවීම ගැන මම ඉතා ආඩම්බර වෙමි. තම රටට ඇති ආදරය සහ ඒ වෙනුවෙන් සටන් කිරීමේ සැබෑ අර්ථය මෙම ක්රියාකාරකමෙන් ඉගෙන ගත හැකිය.

Visiting the War Remnants Museum is a must in Ho Chi Minh. It is heartbreaking to see how Viet Nam suffered during the war, but it is also very informative. Our visit to the War Remnants Museum was a deeply moving and informative experience. Seeing the gruesome reality of the history the Vietnamese people endured is incredibly heavy and emotionally draining, but so important to witness. Since it was a Sunday, it was quite crowded, so I was glad we booked through Klook—it made entry very convenient. A must-visit for anyone wanting to truly understand the country's past.
