五星級酒店的環境,服務非常殷勤有禮,泳池很大,按摩舒適,休息處有飲品及水果提供,值得推介

給底分的主要原因是實際得到的跟產品說明的不一樣。首先水療中心設施裝修中，所以不會有水晶蒸氣浴室，半月型設計的香薰體驗沐浴室和桑拿室，這些設施平時是只有spa顧客可使用，所以私隱度很高，之前去了幾次都沒有其他顧客 。 這次去只可以享用公眾浴室的乾/濕蒸，空間小，也沒維港景。另外套餐內容有冷熱石按摩，但我按完背反身按正面也沒有用到冷熱石，詢問了按摩師她卻反問我是想用嗎？我答是的，最後她用熱石按了肩膀大概五分鐘，並解釋療程內容是tailor made 的，未必一定會用到冷熱石。同行的同伴因為沒問，所以她整個療程都沒有用到冷熱石。而且雖然按摩過程是舒服的，但技巧跟之前比退步了，沒以前那種驚艷。唯一維持水準的是所有員工的服務都非常好，很殷勤，友善，主動，親切，知道同伴生日還在她治療房做了小佈置，很貼心，池伴套餐味道也不錯。總括來說，我選擇半島，是因為它的水療設施，選擇「覺醒之月」是因為它的冷熱石按摩，結果前者在療情一天前通知正在裝修，後者要自己爭取，所以雖然整體是愉快舒服的，但不可否認性格比低了，亦有被欺騙的感覺。

superb. We really enjoyed the experience. the sauna and steam room in the women’s are broken though.. but the jacuzzi and the pool are magnificent

spa and high tea are excellent. Except the receptionist at the lounge lobby, I was checking with the lounge lobby receptionist regarding my package, then she replied to me the high tea set which is I bought from Klook is located at downstairs restaurant. so that I went down to check the restaurant downstairs. however, the waitress at downstairs said I should check with lounge lobby because it is the high tea set and they do not serve high tea set. at this moment. then I go back to the lounge lobby again and showed the details to the receptionist, finally they found my package request and without any apologies. I was very disappointed for this case as Pennisula is a ranking six star hotel but they do not provide the bad service. 氛圍：

Great service, the facilities are good, meal included was accompanied by harbour view. very good experience.

services are bad, tried to reschedule due to black rainstorm but the receptionist not helpful at all. amenities are terrible, the cleansing milk already gone bad, oil and water layers separated. the little wooden comb I think mainly for display. the button for “pour water on heater” inside the sauna room is super hot, I almost burnt my finger, no warning sign next to it. the best part would be the therapists, technique is super good and professional.
