Great customer tour organised by the provider (Taxi Bintan Island). Especially thanks to Mr Armen our driver. The tour was well organised and we visited all the tourist attractions that Bintan has to offer. As we are vegetarian and options are limited on Bintan, our driver Mr Armen was patient and found a great restaurant for us which had the food options that we wanted. Overall great experience, highly recommended for anyone who wants the flexibility and options that a customised tour give.

Anto is very good. He is able to customise our plan today to include the coffee farm with some changes. He is patience with us as we spent abit more time on shopping. Also brought us to place where we wanted to buy Kueh Lapis. Also nice ice cream shop for a cooling break for the children. My family is very happy with his service. Bravo!

Everything was good and perfect. Our tour guide, Mr Anto was even earlier than our scheduled time booking. Very accommodating. Highly recommended tour package if ever you're going to Bintan for a day tour. Trust me, you'll need it. Bintan is not as easy to roam around to. Attractions are bit far from each other. Had a wonderful time in Bintan, thanks to our tour guide, Heri Abang. The places are beutiful and peaceful, especially Blue Lake.

Overall lovely experience. Guide Anto was early to pick us up, and friendly, drove well and took us to the coffee plantation at our request, apart from the others on his itinerary. Easygoing and flexible with timing and plans. We even contacted him a couple days after to arrange for last-minute transport and he met with us and provided us a driver.

A special thanks to our guide - Mr Teguh for his enthusiasm, patience and for accommodating our last minute changes to itinerary especially with kids in tow. We fully enjoyed our trip to the Mangrove and Blue Lake. Although the heat was unforgiving, Teguh readily offered water and umbrellas, even ensuring he starts the car just in time for it to cool before we got in! Wonderful guide!

Yudi was our driver. On top of being very nice and patient with us, he is the reason we were able to go to the places we wanted to visit in Bintan, our favourite being sand dunes and blue lake. The pictures he helped us take are very good. He even recommended other places for us to visit and activities we should do while we are here. Overall we are very satisfied with this booking, highly recommended! Thank you so much once again, we really enjoyed!

Had an awesome tour with our allocated tour guide, Mr. Teguh brought us around Bintan for sightseeing and gave us valuable information and also gave us suggestions and recommendations. Highly recommended for those vising Bintan!

anto was a very good guide, very patient and willing to accommodate to our itinerary despite it not being on the way etc. he was also willing to recommend other places to eat and even brought his own camera to take photo for us! definitely recommend him!
