搭飛機前，預約來這洗個頭，90分鐘還有臉部按摩，蠻舒服的，但越南洗頭大部分好像都是是用指甲不是指腹，沒到痛，但微微不習慣，整體來說還可以😌

생각했던것 보다 더 감동적인 서비스를 받았습니다. 바디마사지와는 다른 매력이 있습니다.특히 얼굴 각질을 제거하기 위한 다양한 서비스는 아주 만족스러웠습니다~~

두번째방문, 실망. 예약시간을 앞당겨달라고 별도의 메일로 종용하여 최대한 빨리 30분을 앞당겨 도착했으나 준비가 안되어 30분을 기다려서 서비스를 받았습니다. 서비스도 한손으로 대충해놓고 좋은 후기를 남게달라고 하여 나쁜 펑가를 남길 수 밖에 없습니다.

我有按預約時間到達的，但職員好像沒有我的預約記錄，我跟職員說我已經在klook付款了，但他好像不知道，需要聯絡中心負責人，但最後該職員也協助我完成整個按摩過程。按摩過程是滿意的。但而結束這個活動後，klook又發電郵給我，說我沒有按時出席該活動。我覺得klook與主辦單位安排混亂，於安排過程體驗不佳，令客戶與中心職員都十分尷尬

設備落後，不是按摩椅見圖。完全不懂英語溝通,用翻譯機時員工極不耐煩。我們4人到訪,店內只有兩名職員，即時叫兩名外援,等候時間非常之長，服務水平很差，一點都不專業。斟白開水給我們疑似飲用過。洗頭用指甲狂抓,花灑亂灑於頭,耳朵入水。洗完頭，很油膩黏黏的根本洗不干淨。我極度後悔及失望為何經Klook買這店的產品。我一直信任Klook亦經常購買您們的產品。這次真是非常倒楣,一次很糟糕的體驗。希望其他客人切勿再光顧。

When I got there, the staff didn’t seem to know what services I had booked in advance. • The massage room on the second floor had many mosquitoes, and the masseuse was not an in-house staff member, so I had to wait for her to arrive. • The hair wash service was quite poor. The staff member was not wearing a uniform or a mask, and unfortunately, her breath was unpleasant. The technique used during the wash was also unprofessional. • At the end, I was expected to tip $8 for using three services, even though there was no complimentary tea or welcoming gesture typically offered in similar establishments.
