driver arrived on time to pick us up, he was careful in driving, van was spacious and and clean, all passengers had working seatbelts.

The driver is so kind and appproachable, we don't see anything in glass bridge and Moana because of fog and the catcat village is so traffic. we added an extra hours

We booked a private car from Hanoi to Sapa through Klook, and the experience was fantastic. The driver arrived ahead of agreed time which worked for us since we were able to clear immigration fast. The limousine was clean. Driver speaks little english but was helpful esp with our luggages.
