It is really helpful to first time travellers. You can hop-off and wait 30-45mins for the next bus to hop-on. With that you have a chance to explore the area. Some stops have 5 mins stop-over to take selfies.

Convenient way of covering the main attractions. Friendly staff. Stop is right in front of the hotel (Radisson Collection) we stayed in which is a plus point.

initially rather confusing as there multiple companies doing hop on hop off tours but I think this company has more lines but only on wkends for some reason. gets repetitive after a while when there is only one line on wkdays. also some of the foreign language options like mandarin were not working on the bus.

Good service and convenient to transport and visit copenhagen. It covers most of the area in Copenhagen. So many places are worth in visiting and the number of the bus is good enough, so you almost do not need to wait for next bus, once you come back from the place you hap off.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The QR code provided could not be used for both City Sightseeing and Red Sightseeing, even though both company names were mentioned in the booking details, which made the whole process very confusing.
On top of that, there was no immediate refund offered for an unusable ticket, leaving us stranded and wasting valuable travel time. Honestly, it would have been less stressful to just purchase the tickets directly at the counter for peace of mind.
This experience has really shaken my confidence in making future purchases on the Klook platform. However, I would like to thanks the effort by the staffs who tried helping, hopefully I will get a refund soon!
