Gettig this card was one of best decisions. it was delivered to our hotel, the transfer service made contact prior and the rest was easy peasy. Used on the trams, metro to get to some great places. Highly recommended if you want to see many parts of Istanbul in a short time.

The klook team is amazing i have booked epass and travel card both with them and their response is simply amazing . Right before i reached my hotel my travel card was Delivered at the hotel reception. I strongly recommend to book with klook.

customer service was great, but I didn’t really need it since I was just staying within isranbul. my hotel was centrally located. I paid way too much for it and bought 2 bit my son is 5 and can ride for free. I’m sure it’s worth it for people, but it was a waste of money for me.

would not recommend to get this card. I got the day pass and there’s no way you’d spend that much money in a day on trams, metro, busses and the public ferry. all of these costs are affordable without a city pass. also. the day I was meant to use this card was the day when Istanbul had it’s city marathon. so, for more than half a day all public transports did not work and the value I invested into the city day pass was severely under utilised. you’re better off buying the Istanbulkart and jjst top up as required. the day pass is seriously not worth the money. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Very useful, just remember to activate the card at any biletmatik machine around bus stops, tram stations, and metro before starting to use.

très pratique ! livré à la réception de l’hôtel. on ne peut clairement pas utiliser tous les crédits de la carte. quand on prend cette carte, on recherche avant tout le côté pratique par rapport à la rentabilité d’un tel investissement. il faut penser à l’activer à une borne avant de l’utiliser. je ne regrette pas.
