There aren’t enough words that can express how fun this experience was! My partner really wanted to go to a sumo “show”, but I feel like this was an elevated experience. Doors opened 15 minutes before showtime, which allowed us to choose our seats and settle in. Food was served quickly after being seated, and the process to order unlimited food was easy using their QR code system. Food was excellent and chosen as the primary way that sumos fuel their bodies for training. First drink was freee, but they charged for any drinks after that. The host spoke English and Japanese, and did a wonderful job of keeping the night flowing. The geisha performed beautifully, and then the sumo wrestlers kept the energy up all night! Audiebce members got to battle against the sumos (only 8 total), and the night ended with each group being able to take photos with the performers and a goody bag full of souvenirs to take home. Would easily book this experience each time we visit Japan!

It was my first time in Japan, and of course, I couldn’t leave without seeing sumo wrestlers. Unfortunately, I missed the official tournament and couldn’t get tickets, so I went for the Asakusa Sumo Club experience instead — and, it turned out to be one of the highlights of my Tokyo trip. The whole evening was so well put together. The setup, the dinner (unlimited food and drinks!), the souvenirs — everything was thoughtfully done. The wrestlers themselves were brilliant — super entertaining, full of personality, and clearly loved what they were doing. There was even a geisha performance mid-show, which added such a beautiful touch to the experience. By the end, they invited a few volunteers from the audience to “fight” the wrestlers, and it was hilarious to watch. It’s easy to find too, right in Asakusa beside Don Quijote. If you’re travelling with family, especially kids, this is an absolute must. You’ll learn a bit, laugh a lot, and leave with great memories (and a full stomach).

One of the best things we've booked on our trip! The start gives a brief intro to sumo so even people who have not seen any sumo will definitely be knowledgeable by the time the matches the start. Fun times and chanko all night. Need I say more?

The Sumo performance and Geisha style dance at the Asakusa Sumo Club, together with the all you can eat chicken chankonabe and various sides (that could be replenished via a very user friendly app.) were all very enjoyable. The mix of history and entertainment makes for a very enjoyable experience and the group photo keepsake was a great inclusion. Highly recommend going to this show.

Without a doubt a highlight of our trip for us adults and our kids was this experience. it was educational and entertaining from the second we entered the venue. We were upgraded to the best seats directly in front which was an added bonus to the incredible experience and we would highly recommend this experience to families!!

We had a fantastic evening at the Asakusa Sumo Club. We booked the all you can eat/drink package and service was fast. The show itself was very entertaining starting with Geisha dance performance followed by sumo matches and audience challenges. the show was compèred by an English speaking host. The wrestlers were great fun and really got the crowd going. Overall a great way to learn about sumo and the rituals.

Absolutely fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo! The show was fun, interactive and really informative, with a great introduction to the history and traditions of sumo. The compère was brilliant — he kept everyone engaged and made the audience participation so much fun. The whole team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was so well organised and efficient from start to finish. The food was excellent too, with a really good vegetarian option. Great entertainment, great atmosphere and suitable for all ages. Would 100% recommend!

大慨1.5小時的表演，到達場館後，首先把預訂的二維碼及預訂人名稱、參加人數展示給前台職員登記。有職員帶位到場館的座位，隨後送上一人一鍋雞肉火鍋晚餐，也包括小食，甜品及一杯免費酒精或非酒精飲品，如想加添任何食物及飲品便要另外付費了。表演場地司儀是一位外籍人仕，以英語介紹整個表演的程序及環節，剛表演開始期間先有一名日本女技藝表現日本舞蹈，隨後兩位相撲手經司儀介紹後，表演一些基本相撲手日常練習動作及技能，然後有三回合的比試，當然我們入場的觀眾就是支持己方的相撲手為他打氣了。最後環節邀請幾位觀眾穿起相撲手的cute版衣服，跟相樸手較量一下。整個過程很帶給觀眾無比歡樂，兩位相撲手認真之餘又間中做些搞笑動作，沒有悶場。參觀活動後每租參加者可跟兩位相撲手、司儀及女技藝影一張免費沖曬的大合照。而每參觀者最後還獲得紀念品一份，有清酒木杯、相片、毛巾一條及布袋。雖然相撲選手不太肥，沒有大肚腩，也不知是否很正宗，但已表演來說是很精彩的。

Traveling to Japan every year, and this sumo experience was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip. The entire event was both educational and highly entertaining, full of humor and joy—it had the kids laughing from start to finish! 😂 The geisha performance was also fantastic. It’s wonderful to see such a well-preserved cultural tradition. Highly recommended! Can't go wrong with this.

This was amazing !! So much fun. They teach you the rules and go through everything that is involved in sumo wrestling. Great food, good laughs !! Even had the chance to wrestle a sumo wrestler myself. one of the highlights of the trip.
