Mr Pang was a nice driver, drive very carefully, new car, very clean. nice view on fuji mountain. we’ve got a lot of photos …..and Gotemba premium outlets on 1 january (every years?) so crowded, a lot of people hunts for lucky bags.

We had visited Gotemba Outlet before but did not have much time. This trip we decided to do a day trip. Our driver Zhao was so lovely and considerate. His impeccable driving through rain and fog was greatly appreciated by our family. Thankyou Zhao

Mr. Wang our designated driver for the day is very friendly. He accomodates to our timing for leaving Gotemba, going to the famous Lawson (despite heavy traffic) etc. Being a big group of 14 pax, this chartered service is the right choice for us as we have the entire mini bus ourselves only. Very private moment and we also enjoy the journey throughout.

Our driver Mr. Dacheng was very punctual and drove safely. We unfortunately did not get to see Mount Fuji at Arakurayama Park because of the weather, but we did see the stunning view of the elusive white peak on the way to Gotemba outlet. It was really worth it for my big family (8 people) to go for this option, as we werent rush and got to explore. Highly recommended!

easy to communicate with the local rep there, driver was accommodating to our requests and also waited few extra hours for us (top up needed) good to plan your trip in advance in case of bad traffic (it does eat into your shopping hours and return trip)

we went there on Jan 3. palengke on both travel area. even sa outlet stores, palengke. do not go there if holiday rin ng locals. wouldn't recommend. but our driver was very patient.
