It was ameizing and confortable

The room wasn't available at 4pm. They were still cleaning it, even though check in was at 3pm and they sent us to the room at 4pm to find a cleaning lady still in the room. They didn't provide the waters as promised in the room, or the hotel discount wrist badges. Also the included breakfast wasn't included until I showed them my receipt from Hotels.com. Overall the staff is the new generation of service that just stares at you waiting for you to talk. Not really interested in solving or doing anything more than they need. There was one really great guy behind the counter the day we checke out. Outside of that they are nice, but not really helpful or interested in helping you out.

Quick overnight before a flight. Room was overall in good condition . A/C working as expected. Bathroom clean. The hotel/ hostel overall is a it rundown. The carpeted floors on the aisles to the rooms were a bit dirty. The common areas are ok for social settings. The library room with a handful of works spots (each seat fit a laptop and a few other small items) is also where the little Kitchenette is - 2 refrigerators with freezer tops + a microwave with no running water in that room. Enough if you want to warm up or prepare a prepackaged quick bite. Coffee and tea station every morning in the lobby. Quick access to the beach and all the lively scene around Lincoln and Ocean Dr. Great cocktail bar in the basement of the building.

Many smoking marajuana right at entrance. Staff were some of the most unkind people I’ve ever met. Wife and I arrived late at night (12:30 am). Paid uber to drive us from airport. Arrived and then they tried charging us again, blaming us for booking through Expedia. We attempted for three days ahead of time to get ahold of someone at this location, called and sent several emails. They blamed us for everything. I explained it wasn’t our problem and they weren’t getting another dime. Rather than taking care of customers who paid ahead of time, this younger manager abruptly said I wasn’t allowed to stay at this place and my wife and I are banned! We then left, carrying all our luggage down the street, without any room, in an unknown place we’ve never been, extremely tired. Out $160 dollars…Who does this to any human being? Wife and I are both teachers. We help anyone in need that we can. In fact I know a guy who’s house was just burned down and wife and I offered him and his fiancé our house just yesterday and to stay for as long as needed. We slave and give and this trip to this place was our very first night on our very first vacation in 2 years… I really hope nobody gives this place any business. If you do, know if this happened to us it can happen to you.

Clean room , good location , friendly stuff …

All the staff was very helpful, I’ll have to stay next time that I’m in Miami or when I go to Colombia.
