The staff were wonderfully trained and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive and helpful, especially with the shuttle service between the hotel, the MRT station, and even the High Speed Rail station.
The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the on-site restaurant also served delicious food.
There is also an on-site laundry facility. Tip: bring your own laundry detergent. If you purchase the liquid detergent pack from the hotel, make sure to cut it open and pour it directly onto your clothes; otherwise, the pack may remain unopened during the wash.
