Nice place, but it’s going through remodeling in June 2026.

From the outside, the hotel doesn’t look bad at all. The building appears well-kept, and the entryway looks like it has been recently remodeled or updated. The front desk associate was the highlight of our stay—she was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. Our first room had a strong musty odor that seemed to be masked with air freshener or perfume. We didn’t stay in that room long because the entry door would not lock properly. I had to go back down from the third floor to the front desk to report the issue and get reassigned to another room. The second room also appeared to need significant remodeling. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overpowering cologne or perfume smell. When a scent is that strong, it makes me wonder if it’s being used to cover up other odors. The bathroom looked like it had been partially remodeled, but the workmanship was questionable. The toilet was loose, there was missing silicone around parts of the shower, and it appeared that water could potentially get behind the walls and cause damage. Overall, while the staff was excellent and the exterior presentation was decent, the condition of the rooms and maintenance issues left a lot to be desired. I would rate this hotel around 2.5 to 3 stars.

I loved the customer service, especially when we first arrived. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet. We loved the pool and room! Breakfast was amazing!

The room definitely needs renovation, including drapes and upholstery.

They are under renovations I understand that. I found that out when I got there. We had no toilet paper back up and ran out at night. Ran out of tissue also. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Did not realize it until I was ready to use one. I think the place could have been cleaner The elevator was dirty and needs sweeping then a wash.

There wasn’t a hot tub.🙁 The staff was excellent and the bedding was superb! Mr. D. thank you for taking me to the liquor store…I’m not going to lie, it was an ordeal getting to Atlanta! I needed that!

I would have given this property a 10 but its not in a good place and the rooms are not at there best. What this hotel advertised is not what you get. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There should have been something to tell me that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and under renovations. I choose it for the indoor hot tub. If I would have known I would have chosen different. I also wanted to stay in the business lobby till 5 to work because they would not allow late checkout. At first I was told I could, then they said I have to leave at 3. The breakfast ran out of items by 830am and were not replaced (bread / bagels) I am sure it will be nice once renovations are done, but I probably will not stay here again. There are so many choices and it just wasn't amazing.
