This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Staff is always available and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and we had an amazing view of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and lovely hotel. Very quiet and everyone is friendly. Would have liked somewhere to lie by the pool and enjoy the sunshine but otherwise perfect.

The location is excellent. On the corner of Burberry store. Close to cafes and touristic spots. Staff at the desk are doing everything to help u. Young and dynamic at the front desk. The only thing i d change is the strong perfume u smell at all times in the lobby.

Very nice stay! Everyone was so welcome even when I arrived at 3am. They tried to make check in as smooth and quick as possible as they said “you probably want to get some rest”. Everything was beautifully kept.

Great hotel in a central location with polite staff, and a great breakfast. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was one of the best hotel showers I have experienced. 10/10

Great property in an amazing location. We were blown away by the Aliados view. We also had a delay coming in and the hotel worked with us to rearrange the reservation. Could not recommend more.

I did not enjoy my stay here and did not feel heard or seen by hotel staff… Broken air conditioning, noisy non-soundproof rooms, confusing hotel signage, and unhelpful reception staff. While the breakfast buffet food was decent and one server named Lucas was friendly and was the only staff that engaged with hotel patrons. Breakfast service overall was poor, including being ignored when trying to order an omelette. My room became unbearably hot during +27°C weather and hotel front desk did not properly address. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
