Easy access to beach and restaurants. Prompt service from staff. Only 4 elevators made busy times difficult. Room was great.

We had a Great experience...

If you want to enjoy and have fun on your vacation DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, the employees will take care of making you have a super bad time, especially in the pool area, they bring a whistle and are scaring the children and yelling at them and if you want to drink a bottle of water they scream at you and take you out of the pool area, it was the worst experience of my life in this place. Apparently a black guy with blue eyes is the leader in the pool area, they are arrogant and disrespect you and when you confronted them they told you that they didn't care what you said.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff some where nice, some where not. The breakfast was good, would loved it if it would vary from day to day. The view was amazing from our room. Beautiful place to stay but the parking valet was a little bit confusing the person who took my car wrote my name wrong it didn’t affect in any way but apparently you have to set up an account with your information like the place didn’t have anything to do with the parking valet.

Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Excellent breakfast. Pool was great for kids.

The pool and waterslides were great for the kids. Beach access was directly behind the pool. Breakfast was decent; they also do a lot of vegetarian options. One downside is the elevators. You need the room key to use the elevator and there are only 4. So plan to wait for half an hour or more if it’s a busy time of day (ie checkout, during breakfast hours, around check in, etc). Parking is valet parking only. Downside to this is the insane lines to retrieve or drop off your vehicle during busy hours (mealtimes, check in, check out, etc).

Low quality, stay for a week and never clean the room or change beds linen sheets. Linens sheets are low quality!

The staff in the lobby seemed to see guest as an inconvenience. They were on their phones and took them 2 minutes to acknowledge that we were standing there, even after we greeted them. They took our information and checked us in and handed us our key cards to the room, gave no direction of room number or how to get to the room. They didn’t go over the pool/ water play room, no info of when it’s open where to access it, rules. We didn’t get info about the arcade that they had their the bar the ice cream shop that’s by the valet. No info of parking and using the valet. The room was smaller than expected, it was clean and the view was great. The cleaning staff were nice and gave info on what to do or the good places to eat or check out with the kids. Staff that did breakfast were amazing, checking on all quests, cleaning things fast so that people had places to sit. Only having four elevators for a hotel of this size had you waiting 10-15 mins at times to get one that you could fit on as there was so much traffic.
