The place was clean and the room was all you need but the service made it an unenjoyable experience.

Would definitely stay here again

Was a great location. Very close to Farrington station for the tube and a train to Heathrow. Little grocery store nearby and some fun pubs. Rooms were clean and the buffet was good.

Colored lights flashing on TV all night

The Yotel London was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Farringdon tube station. There were several nice restaurants nearby. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. However, there was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, which had a sink the size of a placemat. I did have a refrigerator in my room but no coffee or tea pot and they charge 2.50 pounds for coffee in the lobby. We didn't eat breakfast there because it was so expensive at 18 pounds per day. Also, there were no drawers to put clothes in and only 4 hangers in what I would call a stall rather than a closet. There was no desk but a small stand that housed the safe. I was staying for 11 nights so it was a challenge to figure out where to put everything. The other thing I found difficult is that the only place to plug in a hair dryer or curling iron had no mirror near it. So I couldn't see what I was doing. It was really inconvenient. For $300 per night I expect more.

Staff was fantastic, very accommodating, great breakfast

I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient. One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the air conditioning. Neither my room nor my friend’s room had functioning air conditioning for the first five nights of our stay. This was extremely frustrating and took far longer than expected to resolve. That said, I appreciate that management ultimately acknowledged the problem, offered a sincere apology, and provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience. Their efforts to address the situation were appreciated, even though the resolution took longer than it should have.

This was a pleasant surprise. The room was small, but perfectly clean and functional. Bed was comfy. We purchased breakfast there, we hadn't pre-booked this. Didn't expect such a variety. The hotel itself is very well kept and contemporary. Couldn't fault it and will book again.

Decent hotel, small room but ideal for a short stay
