It is very close to the metro station of Pino Suarez, so it’s in a good location. The hotel cleaning staff is great and clean super well!

The service and everything in the hotel was great, the only thing was the jacuzzi was out off service but everything alse was great,thank you.

I want a shout out to Gabriel at the hotel Flamenco bar on the 7th floor. He was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The happy hour prices were amazing and he’s drinks were even better. You need to check the bar out and ask for Gabriel!

Staff seem soo unfriendly They lied to us that the hotel is in central downtown but it was in a very ugly place. Not the real central near the statue of independence. They pretended that they didn't have a clue while they clearly knew what they were doing But overall the hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed at. No airport shuttle Breakfast time we were given cards only for then t9 take them again starting that we didn't pay for it. We were rushing to catch a flight we didn't bother even arguing Smells fresh fresh fresh! We lost some of our things in the hotel but only noticed when we had left the city. We will contact them to ask.

They offer a very nice buffet breakfast with plenty if hot plates, besides having cereals, granola, yogurt, fuits and juices. They make you feel welcome. The 2 ladies in the morning breakfast Karla and Mariana were just wonderful. They treated us like if we were kings. I really do Thank them very much.

The rooms were super clean. The lobby was super clean the breakfast and bar at this place are amazing.
