My family and I spent five nights at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free ice cream and ramen the hotel offers everyday. If I am ever back in Osaka, I will stay here again.

Conveniently located

Felt like such a treat staying at Hinode Hotel in Osaka. The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, the facilities lovely and clean, wonderful staff and very spoilt the free drinks every afternoon and nightly ramen - plus plenty of fun activities happening at the hotel to join in on. We loved our stay so much - we will be back for sure.

I loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. They don’t provide skincare like the other hotels I have stayed at in Japan but they more than make up for it in the complimentary drinks and 9pm ramen. Breakfast buffet was yummy too. By the end of our stay there we were sad to be leaving.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Free beer and liquor (and other non-alcohol drinks) 3-8pm daily!! Free ice cream 3-8pm daily!! Free Ramen every night from 9-10pm and kids activities daily! Staff was super friendly! Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet and had AC and free amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, etc. The Onsen was clean and hot!!! I loved it here and would without a doubt say this was the best hotel of the 6 we stayed at during our travels around Japan! Also located near the station for easy travel! Lots of snack shops like 7/11 and family mart close by.

Staff was patience and the activities held in the lobby were interesting. There are free flow of food and drinks at certain time period of each day.

The hotel is at a prime tourist location, super close to the park, Nipponbashi and other shopping districts. There are many dining options and it is right next to the metro, making it convenient for travel. Staff is super friendly! I do appreciated the amenities of the spacious sauna and hot spring and the convenience of shared microwave, disposable utensils/plateware and in room kettle and fridge. They also have daily activities and happy hour. Bed was a little too stiff for my Western standards but firm beds seem to be the norm? Room was a little stuffy, didn’t see a control button for AC or heater but I was fine overall
