Exceptional staff who went out of their way to make the stay more memorable

everything is great

Everything was on point. Hotel, beach access, food 10/10

I had anticipated a more luxurious experience at The St. Regis Hotel; however, the service did not meet the high standards typically associated with the brand. I shared my feedback with the reception team at check-out, and I hope to see improvements in the future for a better overall stay.
