There was a misunderstanding about our booking as it was booked a day earlier. When we showed up at the hotel they were fully booked and offered us a full refund but we would have to find a new hotel. That full refund never happened!

Stayed for one night as layover for flight. A great base to tour Faro. Will use again.

The location is excellent, just 10 minutes walk to the main restaurants, faro, and tourism points, bus and train stations, the staff is very kind, all of them, also they have info about tours, it worth it.

Nice area and room, however in the evening can be a bit noisy as my room was near the kitchen and reception so can be noisy whole night.

Excellent staff attention, cleaning through the day, showers were nice and hot, toilets were spotless, location is 7 minutes walk from the bus station. Great hostel

Pros: close to food, old town, staff was friendly and helpful, roof top common area was very social. Cons: only con is that the toilets and showers in the men’s bathroom were so cramped, on the toilet my knees were pressed up against the door. Shower was of similar dimensions.
