Beautiful place, great spacious rooms. The pool was nice but only gets the sun for a few hours in the middle of the day really. Good location and staff were lovely.

The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore.

The location is good but pool area’s small and unable to swim morning laps before 9:00am as is pool closed. There are multiple poolside rooms making it busy and unable to get a day bed. Restaurant was nice. We experienced the Mexican themed night buffet which was good. Great entertainment. Staff were awesome. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was ordinary. Room was pleasant nice bed. Overall 3/5

Great location, very friendly staff, room was nice but a little old, tap shower came out. Pool very cold and very difficult to get in and out, rather dangerous with no railings. Food at restaurant was lovely and great breakfast with friendly staff.

To leave the property because the room that I was allocated was extremely musty and there was some type of fumes in the room that made my eyes burn my nose and I found difficult to breathe. The bathroom was very unclean around the tiles and I felt dirty in the shower. The toilet was only designed for a child. I am 6 foot three and 100 kg but I’ve never had a hotel room where the toilet was like a child’s potty. They tried to give me another room but every room they gave me was worse so I had to leave and I’m requesting a refund because I had to drive back to Changi to my original home hotel at 12:30 am. Wasn’t the staff’s fault it’s the hotel that is in disrepair and not healthy.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Icon mall.

The Manager Ivan and staff are excellent as my partner rolled her ankle 100 metres from hotel Ivan came with a wheel took her back to hotel gave us ice packs. A special thanks to Ivan and all staff for their kindness. A excellent hotel. Kevin & Magretta

This hotel is beautiful with 2 pools. Dinner was delicious and buffet was out of this world. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Nice and clean, breakfast was good. Was bit noisy at times lots of children. Room was nice shower not the best. Overall nice place to stay.
