Okay stay, apart from the people smoking cigarettes in the room next door. The hotel did allow me to move rooms which I appreciated.

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the A/C worked well.

Not perhaps greatest area but it’s fine. Hotel itself is great Breakfast probably not worth it unless really in a rush as very decent food options surrounding area .

Overall a good hotel. Quiet residential area, some people were saying in their reviews they didn’t feel comfortable walking around because the streets seemed deserted. Well you have to understand this is a residential area and locals actually live in the buildings around, no loud bars nor parties around because it’s not a touristic area. There are shops nearby like Lidl and carrefour. It takes 15 minutes to walk to more touristic places. The a/c and WiFi are good. The room was clean and comfortable. It’d be useful to have a mini fridge. They have a nice selection of good quality cosmetics. The breakfast was okay but not special, I had better breakfast in similar standard hotels. Also it took forever to restock the food, I don’t know if it’s always like that but there was only one person taking orders from the people for a cooked food, also doing the check in for breakfast room, cleaning the tables, taking the rubbish out, restocking the food from buffet and also serving at the bar! That seemed crazy! Everything way too slow.

Nice room - clean and compact. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. Location is central enough although I’d recommend walking into the centre and across rather than direct to the old town via San Francisco as that neighbourhood is slightly sketchy. Happy with my stay here and a good price. Would recommend.

Great value. Neighbourhood not great but safe enough. Also too far from the city action.

There is a little small space for two gust.

Stayed 4 nites in Casdo Viejo before relocating here. Wonderful to see a part of the city where residents live and to learn how close this hotel is to the museums, Gran Via etc.

Very clean room. Great showers and air conditioning. Lobby was comfortable to meet up or have a nice meal. Breakfast was outstanding.

Room on the small side but ideal for me a solo traveller and comfortably appointed but a lack of storage space for clothes if staying for several days. Location of hotel is ok but you have to walk some distance to find a decent bar or restaurant in the local area( the one in the hotel is fine for a light meal or snack)
