This is not a hotel... it's more like a weekly or monthly residence. Beautifully situated, clean and big sized room/kitchen. BUT -- there is no one on site or even on the phone. Registering is done all online. We had trouble with our door code and a resident had to help us. And one of the nights -- we almost got locked out of our room from the completely the keyless entry. Great place for a family stay.

The property was in an excellent area especially if you're interested in hikes to the forest or shopping the streets/attending the baths. We had great service from Diana who let me know how to get a bus card sowe could use the public transport. Lovely balcony and view of the bathhouse and church.

The location was great, just a few mins walk from the town. The rooms were nice and spacious but the tap in the bath room was moving which needs to be fixed. We also noticed that a bit of dust around the bed room. Though the check in and check out were very easy and smooth.

This place was amazing! highly recommend very clean, tons of space , gorgeous!

The location was outstanding - basically across the street from Friedrichsbad and around the block from the restaurants and shopping.

Gorgeous views from all windows. Will have stairs, will not necessarily have a balcony even though it’s in the picture.

The Good - Superb position close to town centre and Spas:Decent size of rooms and bathroom:Shower worked extremely well if using the hand shower but the overhead fixed shower unit spray was hopeless:Bed seemed of good quality and although firmer than we personally would have preferred did not wake up with sore backs The Not So Good - Pre check-in online is tricky unless you are computer savvy, ID photos difficult to upload and then no confirmation as to whether the photos are acceptable or not. An entry code is to be given at official check-in time on the day, but what happens if it goes wrong? We met several people stranded outside who were waiting for codes and Limehome wouldn't answer the phone. Also the front door and room codes when given do not specify that the 'tick' or 'hash' symbols must also be clicked to allow entry and this was very confusing until trial and error sorted the problem,but it is great to be able to walk around town with no key: On entry to our suite we discovered the duvets thrown strangely around the bed (as if someone had been sleeping there and just left in a hurry) and a spare duvet dumped loosely on the sofa in the living room.Also the bathroom bin had not been emptied and dishwasher washed dishes were piled up on the worktop beside the sink: The bathroom towels were of extremely poor quality and thin = unacceptable: Just a few hangers on hooks in living room for clothes: Vile metal bedside cabinets & furniture If rectified we would return

We stayed in the penthouse, great location, walkable to the shops, restaurants and casino. very clean and modern. No ac but fans provided. Lift was good. Expected a balcony from the pictures but there wasn’t one in our suite. It wasn’t made clear that you had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the other so not very private. We requested early check in online but wasn’t advised if this was possible so we were left wondering. We sent several messages but no reply. Eventually received email with link to check in code at 23:55 that night. Luckily we had managed to find the codes online otherwise it would have been a disaster as we had been up since 3am for an early flight.
