Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed a lot

Very clean and well maintained. Espresso maker and water dispenser nearby in hotel. Very nice room. Good price. Easy to get to from airport. Breakfast buffet included. Other option available from the restaurant in house, including room service. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. Hay una cafetera de espresso y un dispensador de agua cerca, en el hotel. La habitación es muy bonita. Buen precio. Fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto. Desayuno buffet incluido. También hay otras opciones disponibles en el restaurante del hotel, incluido el servicio a la habitación.

I have a good stay, and for me , it is a good location , and service except some of people of the staff , they are no friendly ,

The hotel is clean which is always appreciated. The breakfast is good too, nothing grand, quite repititive but for someone who doesn't eat much breakfast it served it's purpose. The staff are nice and helpful. My major complaint is that the bathroom in my hotel room was quite small and the handwash sink was in the bedroom i guess cause there was no space in the bathroom. It was not pleasing to the eyes espciall as someone who loves interior decor. The wifi in the room is horrible. Crazy enough it works perfectly fine on the ground floor or in the hall way. Good stay overall

Close to the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff

Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and our plates were cleared promptly. The hotel is located a short walk to a transportation hub. Moving by Uber or Taxi is inexpensive. If you are accustomed to the craziness, noise and traffic of an inner metropolitan city location, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a lux place, look elsewhere. For us, it met our needs perfectly.

Extremamiente limpio. Muy buena gente. Los que trabajan allí son muy amables y reciben a la gente lo mejor que un lugar podria. Mi segunda ves quedandome alli y sigueria reservar con ellos por lo tan agusto que nos hacen sentir mientras estamos allí. Gracias por todo
