There was no staff member on the property, and I never received a check-in or entry code for the building. Another guest had to let me inside. I eventually found a very nice man sitting in what appeared to be a small closet with a laptop, which felt unusual, and he provided a temporary code so I could access my room.
Later that night, guests on my floor were yelling and trying to kick in a door, but there was no one available to handle the situation. I got no sleep and feel that I significantly overpaid for a one-night stay. The room itself was decent, and the building seemed secure—almost too secure, considering I could not get inside without help. Overall, the lack of staff, and absence of support during a disturbance made this a disappointing experience.

Check-in process is horrendous. Would not book again, the space was big but wouldn't book again.

The location was good area,
To enter it was not complicated but for some people it was.
In my room there was couple of gnats, stains in one the furniture,
We didn’t have a remote for the tv,
Because there is no staff at the service desk we can’t fix the situation until the morning when someone is here.
I feel there should be someone over night at the service desk because mostly all the issues are at night. There is no over night staff no customers service to help with the situation so the problem is not fix because is our time to leave.

Estaba sucia y luego que les escribí dijeron que enviarían a alguien y nunca llegó. Luego reclamé y dijeron que no me comuniqué con ellos y les envié evidencia de los mensajes porque los guardé y aún así no me resolvieron

This was a geat place to stay for a visit to NYC. We had a great view of the city and we had a lot of space for the money compared to what we would have had in Manhattan. Honestly, our only complaint was the strong odor of marijauana every time we were in the hallway, even though there were no smoking signs in multiple places in the building. NYC in general smelled of marijauana in a lot of places, so be prepared for that if you're not used to it.
This unit was comfortable and made for a nice place to come back to every day and relax a bit before going back out into the city. Also everything we needed was close by, transportation, groceries, restaurants etc.

This was the worst check in process and worse managed hotel I've ever encountered. I don't recommend anyone staying here and I would never book here again. 5 other guests were waiting outside because they were having the same issues. I had to walk to another hotel that fortunately Expedia made accommodations on my behalf. The other guest were stuck in the lobby all night
