I had a great stay at this hotel. Compared with the neighboring hotels, it really stands out. A lot of effort has clearly gone into creating a modern, stylish property that still feels warm and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the service. Yasemin was incredibly friendly, always happy to accommodate my requests, and did everything with a genuine smile. Gökhan also provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hotel receptionist come outside to help with my luggage—it's a small gesture that made a big difference and showed how much the staff care about their guests. Having stayed at several hotels in Istanbul, especially around Yenikapı where I unfortunately experienced some rude staff, this hotel was a refreshing change. The level of hospitality here was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

I had great time saying here, the breakfast was great.

Friendly staff and nice choice for a hotel close to public transportation. The rooms could be cleaned better though.

Good

Nothing to say it was absolutely unacceptable

The staff is really great & helpful. They always being try to do their best which they already. Overall the stay at hotel is a great experience with wonderful hospitality!!

1. Unclean Room: The room appeared unclean and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. 2. Misleading Photos: Hotel looks much worse in reality than advertised online. 3. Overpriced for the Quality: Extremely poor value for money. 4. Overpriced Breakfast: For the low quality, the breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend it to others if there is nothing change.
