Small room with no view. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked, slept well. Small fridge in room which surprised me. Didn't bother with breakfast. Bathroom very small and the shower soaks the floor as there is no door. The staff I interacted with were pleasant.

We were only here at the hotel for 1 night to be closer to the airport. Great stay and would definitely stay here again if in Warsaw. Staff was wonderful and we were offered early check in. The room was modern and clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing and so much selection. It’s a shame we had an early flight and had to rush and have only a quick bite. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our recent 6-day stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and modern, only minor complaint is that storage space was very limited. Located right at a Metro stop with supporting bus and tram stops. Breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the lobby bar that is shared with the Crowns Plaza hotel in the same building. Lots of restaurants and fast food options nearby. Highly recommended.

Wonderful daily breakfast and the staff was always attentive. Loved the location and easy Uber pickup at the busstop. The NOVO restaurant was outstanding!! And, the HUB mall was a big plus.

Great stay in Warsaw! Location was excellent, staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s close to Fabryka Norblina, which was perfect for food and entertainment in the evenings. Would stay again.
